Margaret Elaine Culy Kremer, 72 died Sunday, November 1, 2009 in Winston Salem, North Carolina. She was a native of Indiana and lived in Sparta, North Carolina since 1993. She was a charter member of Peace Lutheran Church in Paris, Texas, a former member of Faith Lutheran Church in Savannah where she sang in the choir, and a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Jonesville, North Carolina where she served as a Lay Leader.
She was preceded in death by her father, Loyd E. Culy.
She is survived by her husband, Heinrich Kremer, of Sparta, NC, her mother, Pauline Culy, of Wytheville, VA, four daughters, Terry Sue Gunthrie, of Paris, TX, Tricia L. Smith, of Glade Valley, TX, Tresa Ann Dishman, of Keeseville, NY, and Mary Ann Henderson, of Richmond Hill, Ga, two sons, Timothy A. Dishman, of Sumner, TX, Todd E. Dishman, of Paris, TX, 2 sisters, Marilyn Saarinen, of Virginia, Wilma Stone, of Indiana, 13 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, November 5, 2009 at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 6, 2009 at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
